- Offer prompt and amiable customer service, taking orders and addressing inquiries as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of the dining area, which includes tables, chairs, and floors.
- Prepare and clean tables, ensuring appropriate table settings and condiment placement.
- Process customer payments and provide accurate change when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, communicating with kitchen and other staff members as necessary.
- Continuously acquire knowledge about our menu items, promotions, and other offerings, and share this information with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and courteously, escalating issues to the appropriate team member as required.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- With F&B experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
