Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
  • Position Title: Service Crew / F&B Crew
  • Working Location: Zhongshan Mall
  • Working Hours: 6 days, 9 working hours a day
  • Salary Package: Gross Salary up to $3000 (Depend on experiences)
  • Duration: Permanent


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare food and drinks according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness of the outlet.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Work as a team player to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.


  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
